Major Upgrade in Bali Rich Seminyak

In late 2009, Management of Bali Rich Villa Seminyak decided to expand the Villa from 16 Villas to expected around 24 Villas in 2010. Although the villa operation is only about 4 years old, but due to Mr. Wayan Londra General Manager of Bali Rich Villas hardwork and dedicated team, they are able to steadily increasing the Villa revenue with current occupany close to 80% annually.

Beside expansion, Bali Rich Villa Seminyak is also rebuilding the older villas to a modern minimalist villa equipped with Jacuzzi for couple with TV set. But of course the modern villa also comes with the traditional touch of Balinese design filled with high quality wooden furniture.

Despite the down period due to terrorism attack in 2007, Bali Rich Villa Seminyak were able to maintain its occupancy rate due to the dedicated team and professionalism that gave their guest experience a friendly and comfort environment with personal touch. Many of Bali Rich Villa Seminyak guests are repeated guests and they regards Bali Rich Villa Seminyak as their 2nd home.
